Tuesday Jan. 26

Just like a summer day 85° all afternoon. Not supposed to go below 57° tonite. Ray only caught $10.00 this morning, he fished in a different place, went back to the old place tonite. Took Mr. Ware 5 bass. Washed 2 loads of clothes at Dadys, racked a line while they washed. Carolyn Smith called asking if I could sit with Sandra but don’t see how I can possibly do it this week. Tricia was hoarse when she came home, I still have a cold also. Baked a rump roast, potatoes in my fry pan, was so brown and delicious. Sure love my fry pan. Sent Ernestine Brooks a sympathy card. We seem to rack all the time, but we are only 3 ahead.
